Mega Tester

The Mega Tester is a CAN simulation engine software suite that our scan tools and test benches are built around to provide CAN simulation, diagnostics, and presentation of actuators and sensors. This is most useful in testing automotive ECUs prior to the vehicle being available during new vehicle or system development.

    • Mega Mini TBM is a simulation bench that can test the OEM Head Unit with a Telematics unit together as a provisioned system. It is a miniature version of our larger scale desktop bench.

    • The Megatester Desktop is used for Head Unit and Telematics box qualification as a provisioned pair. It breaks out all speakers, mics, cameras, and busses, and can simulate CAN over many different architectures by simply selecting the vehicle from the MegaSIM tool display.

    • MegaTester Mobile is used when the test bench must be taken to the device under test, instead of bringing the device to the bench. Typically used for in-plant testing or executive demonstration on-site at the customer.
